1. Age & eligibility
You must be at least 19 years of age (18+ in Alberta and Quebec) and a resident of Canada to use this site. By continuing past the age gate you legally attest that you meet this requirement. Ordering, receiving or opening our parcels while underage is prohibited.
2. Legal framework
Green Society Canada operates in the spirit of the Cannabis Act (S.C. 2018, c.16) and provincial regulations. You are responsible for knowing and following the possession, transport and consumption limits in your province or territory.
3. Products
All products are for adult personal use in Canada. Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible; natural cannabis products vary slightly in colour, density and trim from batch to batch. THC/CBD percentages are supplier-reported.
4. Orders & payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept the offer when we ship the parcel. We may cancel any order at our sole discretion (suspected fraud, out-of-stock item, ineligible shipping address). Orders unpaid after 24 hours are cancelled automatically.
5. Shipping & risk of loss
Title passes to you when Canada Post scans the parcel as delivered or held for pickup. Full shipping details are on our shipping page. Adult signature is required.
6. Returns
See our returns & refunds policy. Opened cannabis products cannot be returned.
7. Prohibited use
You may not resell our products, ship them outside Canada, provide them to a minor, or use this site while impaired to place fraudulent orders. Violation may result in account termination and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.
8. Intellectual property
All logos, text, photography and site design are the property of Green Society Canada. You may not scrape, republish or use our content commercially without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Canadian law, Green Society Canada is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or this site. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute is heard in the courts of British Columbia.
