Eligible for refund or replacement
- Wrong item shipped
- Missing item from a multi-line order
- Product arrived damaged in transit
- Product materially different from its listing (photo required)
Not eligible
- Change of mind after delivery
- Consumed or opened flower, pre-rolls, edibles, vapes, concentrates or beverages (regulatory reasons)
- Orders left un-picked-up at Canada Post and returned to sender (customer pays reshipment)
- Address entry errors by the customer
How refunds are paid
Refunds return via the same method you paid with: Interac e-Transfer refunds go to the email on the order; Bitcoin refunds return to the sending wallet at the exchange rate on the date of refund. Store credit is offered at the customer’s option and never expires.
