Every Green Society Canada order ships by Canada Post Xpresspost with tracking and adult signature. We ship to every Canadian province and territory from British Columbia.
Rates
- Free Xpresspost on orders over $150.
- $20 flat Xpresspost on orders under $150.
- Minimum order value is $110 before shipping.
Delivery times
- BC, AB, SK, MB, ON — 1–3 business days after shipment.
- QC, NB, NS, PEI, NL — 2–4 business days.
- YT, NT, NU and rural addresses — 3–7 business days.
Orders paid before 12:00 PM Pacific ship the same business day. Orders paid after cut-off ship the next business day. Canada Post does not deliver on weekends or statutory holidays.
Packaging
Every order is packed in a plain, unbranded box. Contents are vacuum-sealed and odour-controlled. There is no invoice, receipt or product name on the outside — nothing identifies the parcel as cannabis.
Signature on delivery
Every parcel requires an adult signature (19+ nationwide, 18+ in Alberta and Quebec). Canada Post checks government-issued ID at delivery or at post-office pickup. If no one is home the parcel is held at the nearest post office for 15 days.
Tracking
You receive your Xpresspost tracking number by email as soon as we drop the parcel at Canada Post. Track any time at canadapost.ca.
Lost or delayed parcels
Canada Post considers an Xpresspost parcel officially “lost” only after 15 business days without tracking movement. If your tracking has not updated for 5+ business days, email sales@greensocietycanada.co and we will open a trace with Canada Post on your behalf. Confirmed lost parcels are reshipped at our cost.
We do not ship
Outside Canada. No exceptions.
